Chicken Souvlaki Salad with Yogurt-Herb Dressing

1.75lb chicken breast or tenders
2 tablespoons lemon jice
1.5 tablespoons fresh oregano (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tomato (chopped)
1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
1 cucumber (chopped)
3/4 cups feta cheese
pepperoncini
pita bread
olives
DRESSING
1 cup plain fat free yogurt
1 tablespoon red onion (minced)
1 tablespoon fresh oregano (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, basil, and dill
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
