I love chili and I love cheese! And I love snacky foods instead of a big dinner some nights. SO…this all leads me to Chili Con Carne Queso! When I take the time to make the big batch of chili - the next night I have to make this. It’s so yummy, it’s so easy. It’s also a great party food. Put it in a little crock pot and set it out for your guests!

3 Cups of Chili
4 ounces of Cream Cheese
8 ounces of Velveeta

Cut up Cream Cheese and Velveeta into small cubes Heat up with chili in pan or in crockpot and serve warm
