5 tablespoons chili con queso dip mix (I use Knorr brand)
16 ounces sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
