Chinese Balls with Gravy

For balls:
1 grated Cauliflower
1 grated capsicum
1 grated carrot
1 spoon corn flour
2 spoon all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp tomato ketchup
½ tsp Soya sauce
½ tomato chili sauce
Refined oil for deep fry

For gravy:
5-6 tsp finely chopped garlic
3-4 tsp finely chopped ginger
2-3 tsp finely chopped green chilies
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Soya sauce
2 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp tomato chili sauce
1 tsp corn flour
½ cup water
4-5 tsp refined oil
For balls: Take a bowl. Put in it grated cauliflower, capsicum, and carrot. Mix them properly Add salt, Soya sauce, chili sauce and tomato sauce in the material and mix well. Now add corn flour and all purpose flour and mix well. After it made ball of this ready material. Put refined oil in a frying pan or wok and heat oil in it and fry these balls on low flame. When these get golden brown color took out from pan and drain on the tissue paper which will absorb extra oil. For gravy: Take frying pan and put refined oil in the pan. In hot oil add garlic, ginger and green chilies and cook for a minute. After it adds onion and capsicum when these get soft or lose their raw taste, Add Soya sauce, tomato sauce and chili sauce. In end add salt. Mix the corn flour in the water and add in the gravy. Cook for 5-10 minute. After 5-10 minute add Chinese balls in the gravy and cook for 5 minute. And after some time you can enjoy it. Tips; You enjoy this with rice and can also take it as snack with your favorite beverage. Don’t use wet cauliflower, use only when it get dry after wash When you grated carrot squeeze its water with pressing your hand.
