Chocolate Chip cupcake - 1 1/2 minutes in the microwave. Ideal for Easter / Spring / Mother's Day

{recipe enough for 2 standard size Mug Cupcakes or 4 small Cupcakes}

1 Egg
3 TB Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Flour
1 TB Butter, softened
1/4 t Vanilla
3 - 4 TB Chocolate Chips

4 TB Caramel Condensed Milk
Green Fondant {I added a drop or two green food coloring to my plain fondant}
Small Icing Flowers/Roses and Wafer Leaves
1.) Mix together the Egg, Brown Sugar, Flour, Butter, Vanilla and Chocolate Chips - spoon batter into mugs or small cups {the cupcakes does not rise much during baking} - Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes...
