This cake is unbelievably easy to make - a simple homemade brownie topped with tons of caramel and covered with milk chocolate. That\\\'s it!

Brownie:
100g dark chocolate
100g butter
50ml strong brewed coffee
60g brown sugar
65g white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
40g plain (all-purpose) flour
15g cocoa
Topping:
400g tin of caramel (I used Nestle)
Handful of salted cashews
200g milk chocolate
