Chocolate Brownie

It is very delicious, fudgy and just perfect for a dessert!! I did not have ice cream present so i just gave it a drizzle of that amazing chocolate sauce

100 grams melted butter
225 grams caster sugar
40 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
50 grams self raising flour
50 grams milk chocolate choc chips (can use regular chocolate chunks)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Vanilla essence
1) Mix cocoa with melted butter in a separate bowl, whisk 2 eggs and caster sugar until smooth. Add cocoa mixture to eggs and sugar. Add vanilla essence then slowly add flour. Add choc chips and fold the mixture. 2) Transfer the mixture to a square baking pan lined with wax or parchment paper. Bake at 170 degrees for 30 mins. Remove from the oven and leave it in the tin until completely cooled. Cut into square shapes and serve with vanilla ice cream!!:-)
