Chocolate Chip Cookie S'mores Bars

If there’s one thing that I love more than cookies, it’s cookies combined with another dessert. These bars are the love child of chocolate chip cookies and s’mores. They have the sweet, buttery goodness of a chocolate chip cookie and the melty, gooey chocolate and marshmallow yumminess of a s’more. Seriously, do yourself a favor and try these.

1/2 c. (8 T.) butter, softened

1/2 c. brown sugar (not packed)

1/3 c. granulated sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 egg

1 c. all-purpose flour

1 ¼ c. graham cracker crumbs (about 6 full sheets)

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. Kosher salt

3/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips

1 (7 oz.) container marshmallow creme
