Chocolate Coffee Mousse

This Chocolate Mousse is so good. It has a light and airy texture but is full of chocolate flavor. Coffee is the perfect chocolate compliment.

1 C Heavy Whipping Cream
4 Tbsp Sugar (separated)
3 Large Egg Yolks
3 Egg Whites
1/4 Strong Coffee (room Temperature)
8oz Semisweet Chocolate
