These bars are an Oreo base with a creamy cheesecake middle finished with a chewy and soft chocolate cookie top.

Base;
50g Butter, melted
24 Oreos, crushed
Cheesecake;
625g Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Greek Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Icing Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Chocolate Cookies;
90g Butter, Softened
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup White Chocolate Chips
