Chocolate Covered Reeses Stuffed Oreos

An easy yet decadent little dessert for those who love oreo cookies and reeses chocolate covered peanut butter cups.

20 Double Stuffed Oreo Cookies
10 regular-sized Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
1½ - 2 cups Nestle Tollhouse milk chocolate chips
1 and 1/4 tsp. butter
Remove tops from the Oreos, keeping the cream sides up. Set tops aside. Set Oreo half on your work surface (cream side up). Top the oreo half with a peanut butter cup. Set another Oreo half on top of the peanut butter cup (cream side down) and gently press all that together. Repeat until you have made all cookie sandwiches. Melt the chocolate chips with the butter in the microwave until smooth.stir to mix evenly. Use a fork to dip each sandwich cookie into the melted chocolate until completely covered Gently shake off or roll off the excess dripping chocolate then set each cookie on cooling rack or cookie sheet . Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles if you desire or top with whatever garnish you fancy. The possibilities are endless as your imagination. Refrigerate the chocolate dipped cookies untl the chocolate is set.

1 c dry breadcrumbs
1 c Corn Flakes cereal crumbs
2 t sugar
2 t paprika
2 t onion powder
2 t garlic powder
2 t kosher salt
1/4 c canola oil
3-4 lbs. bone-in chicken pieces ( skin removed )
