A rich fudgy chocolate orange torte with orange marmalade sandwiched inside and coated with fudge topping.

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup hot fudge ice cream topping
2 Tbs milk
2 Tbs fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp orange zest
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
