Chocolate Snack Cake

Our family has been enjoying this easy stir together cake for 25 years. It will probably take more time getting the ingredients out of the cupboard than it takes to stir it together. Another favorite "Chocolate Cake" that is always moist and hard to stop eating.

3 1/4 cups flour

2 cups packed brown sugar

1/2 cup cocoa

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups water

2/3 cup canola oil

2 tsp vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
