Make these chocolate toffee bars for your next party and you’ll be invited back! The sweetened condensed milk and chocolate toffee bits flavor combination makes this the perfect sweet treat.

Crust
3/4 cup margarine, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
Filling
1 (10 oz) tin sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp margarine
Topping
1 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1 1/3 cup toffee bits
