Chocolate Zucchini Sheet Cake

For the month of January, we have been trying to post all healthy recipes . . . and it’s killing me!! My family wanted a treat the other night, so I took my favorite chocolate sheet cake recipe and adapted it to be a *little* more healthy. :) Moderation in all things, right?!

2 cups sugar
1 cup plain greek yogurt
3 eggs
2½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk
2 cups shredded fresh zucchini
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Frosting:
½ cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ cup milk
3½ cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
