A great way to add a little excitement to your regular pancakes

1 1/4 Cups Flour
1 1/4 Cups Sugar
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Applesauce
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Small Apple, peeled & grated
1) In a large mixing bowl blend or wisk milk, applesauce, and oil 2) Add all dry ingredients together well 3) Scoop large spoonfulls onto your heated frying pan, cook until golden brown 4) Top with your favorite syrup or fruit
