For the Crisp Topping:
1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
3 Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 1/2 cup)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup cinnamon chips
1 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided

For the Apple Filling:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
5 Granny Smith apples, peeled, sliced (about 6 cups)
Place all of the crisp topping ingredients except for the cinnamon chips and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon into a zip top bag. Microwave the bag for 30 seconds (sit the bag upright, so that it's not laying on it...
