Cinnamon & Raisin English Muffins

When they are freshly cooked, they taste just wonderful. I also like these toasted lightly, just by pulling them apart at the waist and toasting on the insides then letting some butter melt on them. Ahhhhh English Muffins! Here I made some with raisins and cinnamon, and it certainly is a wonderful combination!

450 g / 3 & 2/3 cups plain / All Purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
225 ml / 1 Cup milk
3 Tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons dried yeast
30 g / 1 Cup Raisins
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon (or to your taste)
1. In a jug measure out the milk and water, and place in the microwave for 40 or so seconds. It needs to be warm to touch and NOT hot.
