Cinnamon Roll Waffles from Scratch

If you have no time for cinnamon rolls, these scrumptious cinnamon roll waffles are ready in under 30 minutes!

Waffles:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
3 Tbsp butter, melted
Filling:
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter, melted
Icing:
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp butter, melted
1/4 tsp almond extract (or vanilla)
2-3 tsp buttermilk (or milk)
