Yummy salad dressing that is perfect for a cobb salad or any salad for that matter!

1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp whole grain mustard
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients in a deep container. Emulsify ingredients using a hand blender until mixture is thickened.
