2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
4 ripe bananas, smashed
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 cups shredded coconut, divided
1 1/4 cup toffee bits
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
