This smoothie is a meal replacement and promotes weight loss.

6 ice cubes
1 medium sliced banana
2 tablespoons flaked coconut
2 Scoops GNC Total Lean Shake, Vanilla Bean
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
