Coconut Caramel Brownie Pie

Rich, decadent and fudgy brownie pie with a sweet coconut and buttery caramel center.

Brownie;
225g butter
200g dark chocolate, chopped into pieces
300g caster sugar
3 eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
225g plain flour
25g cocoa
½ Cup Chocolate Chips
½ Cup White Chocolate Chips
Coconut Ice;
½ Tin Condensed Milk
1 and 3/4 Cups Desiccated Coconut
3/4 Cup Icing Sugar
Caramel;
1 Tin Condensed Milk
¼ Cup Golden Syrup
