Coconut Chicken Curry {Slow Cooker, Paleo}

Whether you are a fan of paleo cooking or not, you will LOVE this curry! As most slow cooker recipes go, this one is really easy to throw together and it tastes amazing!

2-3 large chicken breasts
4 Tbsp curry powder
1 can (14oz) coconut milk
4 Tbsp organic tomato paste
1 Tbsp freshly minced ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp fresly ground black pepper
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 can (14.5 oz) pure chicken broth
1/2 cup organic coconut flakes (for garnish)
3 Tbsp fresh cilantro (for garnish)
