Crispy, lightly sweet, & far from the norm, this coconut crusted french toast will wow any brunch!

3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp coconut extract
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
6 slices of French bread, cut into 1/2 inch slices
Butter & maple syrup for topping
