Coconut-Macaroons

These macaroons have three ingredients, are super easy to make, and taste like a tropical island. I mean isn’t that what you think of when you hear the word coconut? I know I do. So if biting into one of these chewy delicious coconut macaroons takes me away to the Caribbean then I say give me a dozen.
