Banana muffins mixed with coconut & chocolate chips. Great treat for the morning.

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1-1/2 tablespoons baking powder (yes TBSP)
1 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup canola oil
2 ripe bananas- mashed
3/4 cup sweetened coconut
1 cup chocolate chips + more for sprinkling

2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup canola oil
2 ripe bananas- mashed
3/4 cup sweetened coconut

Preheat oven to 400. Line your baking tins.
Combine the first 5 ingredients (flours baking powder, sugar, salt) set aside.
Mix egg, oil, vanilla & milk in mixer bowl with paddle attachment.
