Coffee Cake with Pecan Streusel and Maple Glaze

Coffee Cake - a buttery cake filled with a pecan, cinnamon streusel, and topped with a maple glaze!

Streusel:
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup rolled oats
½ cup pecan pieces
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Coffee Cake
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
? cup brown sugar, packed
2 large egg yolks, room temperature
? cup buttermilk, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Maple Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup maple syrup, room temperature
½ - 1 tablespoon milk, optional (use if you want a thinner glaze)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray. Streusel: Whisk together dry ingredients.
