Coffee Toffee Mocha Crunch Ice Cream

An ice cream with the perfect amount of coffee flavor, accented by yummy toffee bits and chocolate chips. So delicious!!!

1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 1/2 cups half and half
2/3 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons instant espresso powder
1/2 cup heath bar toffee bits
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
