crispy treat bars, packed with chocolate, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips and then drizzled with a scrumptious cookie butter sauce

Bars:
1 small bag (12oz) of white chocolate chips
1/3 cup cookie butter
3 cups of rice crisp cereal
1 3/4 cups mini marshmallows, divided
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Drizzle:
3 Tablespoons cookie butter
1/2 tablespoon butter, softened
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 small bag (12oz) of white chocolate chips
1/3 cup cookie butter
3 cups of rice crisp cereal
1 3/4 cups mini marshmallows, divided
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Drizzle:
3 Tablespoons cookie butter
1/2 tablespoon butter, softened
1/8 teaspoon salt
Grease a 8x8 inch pan and set aside
Melt white chocolate chips over a double boiler or microwave until smooth
Add cookie butter and 1/4 cup mini marshmallows to warm mixture and stir until combined
