A crunchy fried egg roll filled with ooey gooey cookie dough.

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
6 egg roll wrappers
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
6 egg roll wrappers
In a small mixing bowl combine brown sugar, butter and vanilla.
Once well combined stir in flour until well mixed.
Add in the mini chocolate chips stirring until evenly incorporated.
