These Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites are made with eggless cookie dough, that's sandwiched between two pretzels, and dipped in chocolate! Eating cookie dough at it's finest!

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
50 to 60 pretzels
8 oz chocolate chips ( about 1 cup )
1 tsp coconut oil or shortening ( for thinning the chocolate )
