Cool & Dreamy Key Lime Pie Bites

Citrus is the perfect summertime taste...it's so light and refreshing. Combine it with cool whip, sweetened condensed milk and a thin graham cracker crust, and it's heaven in a bite. These Key Lime Pie treasures are just that. Straight out of the fridge or freezer, they are meant to please the parched palate-to satisfy the cool craving on a crazy hot day. Instead of making them in the typical pie pan, I put them in an 8x8 glass square baking dish, then cut into mini bites for adde

1 (10 inch) prepared graham cracker pie crust (or an 8x8 glass baking dish and homemade crust listed below)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. key lime (or regular lime) juice
1 (8 oz.) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
2-3 drops green food coloring, optional

Graham Cracker Crust:
1 c. graham crackers, crushed
3 T. butter, melted
