Hot chocolate flavor is served up icy cold in this copy-cat Serendipity's recipe! It’s the perfect summer pick-me-up for a 90 degree day or any day really!

1/2 cup semisweet or milk chocolate chips, or 4 oz. chocolate
2 tsp. hot cocoa mix
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cups milk, divided
3 cups ice cubes
sweetened whipped cream
chocolate sprinkles, optional
