Corn Pudding

So thick and creamy! It's so quick and easy to make in the microwave! Goes great with lots of dishes!

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cans cream-style corn, 17 ounces each
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Place butter in 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole dish. Cover. Place in microwave. Microwave for 1 minute or until butter is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients, blend well. Cover. Microwave on Power Level 70 for 7 minutes. Stir. Do not cover. Microwave on Power Level 70 for 6 minutes. After it's finished cooking, let sit in microwave for 5 minutes.
