Corn Salad

This is a GREAT side dish to any cook out. Typically not the best the next day because the chips get soggy. But you can always add more chips.

2 cans whole corn; drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayo
1 green bell pepper; chopped
1 each red onion; chopped
1 cup Corn Chips; (Fritos)
Combine all but corn chips and mix well. Just prior to serving, crush corn chips in a baggie and add to corn mixture and fold to blend. Serve.
