The filling of crab rangoons in a quick, easy, and delicious dip

8 oz cream cheese (1/3 less fat)
½ cup light sour cream
1 (6oz) can lump crab meat, drained
1 tsp honey
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

24 wonton wrappers, cut into strips
