Crab Salad

This crab salad is very easy and delish. This recipe uses imitation crab meat making it easier on the wallet. If you use lite mayonnaise it is low-calorie too!

16 oz imitation crab meat
2 tbsp margarine (or more, personal preference)
1 onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
7 tbsp of mayonnaise (or more if you like)
Add the margarine to a skillet and saute the chopped onion and peppers for 2-3 minutes. Add the crab meat and use your spatula to chop up the crab meat while sauteing. Saute for about 5 minutes or more. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Stir in the mayo. You can serve immediately or refrigerate and serve later. Enjoy!
