Crab Stuffed Tomatoes

I hosted a mom’s night swim at my house and thought these would be the perfect accompaniment to our relaxing evening. You can use any kind of tomatoes you want, I chose tomatoes that would be on the sweeter side. These are a bit tedious to make, but really are a perfect savory finger food for the summer!

1/4 lb lump crabmeat
2 t chili sauce
1/4 t cayenne pepper (can adjust for preferred heat)
1 t dijon-style mustard
1 T mayonnaise
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 T fresh basil, chopped
1 T fresh chives, chopped
40 cherry tomatoes or whatever your preference is
salt
