Cranberry Cilantro Salsa

1 (12oz) bag of fresh or frozen cranberries
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp. cumin
¾ cup white sugar
pinch of salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Chop to a medium consistency. Serve with cream cheese at room temperature and assorted crackers.
