Bailey’s Irish Cream is one of my favorite bottles in the liquor cabinet! This stuff is so versatile, from boozy cocktails to coffee drinks to desserts to ice cream topping…yes, I’ve poured some over vanilla bean ice cream and it is fabulous!!! Today we’re using it to make these amazing Cream Cheese Frosted Bailey’s Brownies, with the addition of Bailey’s to both the brownie & the cream cheese frosting, you’ll get a hint of that famous Irish Cream flavor throughout. 1 boxed brownie mix
1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
Frosting
1/4 cup butter, softened
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 t vanilla extract
2 T Bailey's Irish Cream
2-3 T milk
