You know those butter mints that melt in your mouth and are so yummy? Well, these Cream Cheese Mints are similar. They’re a little softer but are so minty and they melt deliciously.

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
dash salt
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1-2 drops food coloring (optional)
4-1/2 cups powdered sugar
