1 1/2 cups chicken broth (homemade preferred)
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp parsley
dash of paprika
1 1/2 cups skim milk
3/4 cup flour
In a medium saucepan, combine chicken broth, 1/2 cup milk, and all the seasonings, and boil for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk remaining milk and flour together until smooth. Add to boiling mixture, whisking continuously until boils and thickens. remove from heat and use in your favorite recipe.
