Great Creamy and Mushroom Meaty Soup! Always Great On a Cold Day! Eat with Any Sandwich!

4 Cups Milk
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Flour
4 Cups Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Beef Base
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Parsley

1. Melt Butter than Add Flour to make a Rue 2. Add Milk and heat until slightly thickened 3. Add Beef Base, Salt, Pepper and Parsley. 4. Saute Mushroom til lightly browned. Add to Soup. 5. Serve.
