Creamy broccoli & cheese

This is a wonderful creamy and cheesy broccoli dish. It's fast and easy to make, but tastes like you've spent a lot of time on it. If you are looking for a side dish that is a bit unique and delicious, look no further you have found it.

2 heads of Broccoli
1 1/2 cups of water
8 oz. of cream cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
3 Tbsp. of butter
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Cut the florets off of two heads of broccoli and roughly chop. Place broccoli and 1 1/2 cups of water in medium sized sauce pan and bring to boil, cover with lid and boil 3 or 4 minutes, just until broccoli is tender and bright green. Next drain broccoli and place back into sauce pan. Turn to medium low heat and add cream cheese, sour cream, and butter. Then cover and simmer until cream cheese is melted. Stir well and remove from heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
