1/4 c. Cornstartch 2 1/2 c. Half and half 3/4 c. Sugar1/2 c.lemon juice 3 egg yolks 1/8 t. Salt 1 T. Butter
place in blender process on high until smooth pour into saucepan cook and stir over medium heat until it boils reduce heat cook 2 more minutes remove from heat and stir in butter
