The best recipe to brighten up dinner! The lemon is a delicious addition that is now our family's favorite.

olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup white wine
2 chicken breasts
1 bunch thyme
2 bay leaves
6 cups chicken stock
1 lemon, halved
1 tsp cinnamon
2 grates of fresh nutmeg
3 egg yolks
1 can white beans
