Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies stuffed with a mini Cadbury Creme Egg. The perfect, easy Easter bake!

1 and ½ cups plain flour
2tsp cornflour
1tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 and ¼ sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
½ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup caster sugar
1 large egg
½tsp vanilla extract
12 mini Cadbury Creme Eggs
