Crepes with a Creamy Filling

My favorite thing about crepes? The fact that it is perfectly acceptable to eat dessert for breakfast!

CREPES:
1 1/4 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp lemon extract

CREPE FILLING:
8 oz pkg cream cheese
8 oz pkg Cool Whip
1-2 cups powdered sugar
