A vegetarian take on a rice krispie treats filled with marshmallow fluff, chocolate chips, white chocolate, and peanut butter. These can be mixed up and in the pan to set within 10 minutes!

- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups crisped rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ? cup marshmallow fluff

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
